Davis Junction home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Davis Junction rose by $91,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 130.8% increase over the $69,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Davis Junction in November 2016.
