Byron home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Byron rose by $44,800 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,800 - a 32.7% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Byron in August 2016.
