Rochelle home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Rochelle rose by $41,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 52.9% increase over the $78,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Rochelle in May 2016.
