Davis Junction home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Davis Junction fell by $10,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,750 - a 7.1% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Davis Junction in May 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Davis Junction for 2017 was $3,667. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,451. This marks an increase of 6.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
