Forreston home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Forreston fell by $25,340 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 26.6% decrease over the $95,340 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Forreston in the second quarter of 2017.
