Stillman Valley home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Stillman Valley fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 5.7% decrease over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Stillman Valley in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Stillman Valley for 2018 was $3,195. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,164. This marks an increase of 1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
