Stillman Valley home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Stillman Valley fell by $31,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,050 - a 26.8% decrease over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Stillman Valley in the fourth quarter of 2016.
