Polo home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Polo fell by $4,450 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 6% decrease over the $74,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Polo in the first half of 2017.
