Hillcrest home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Hillcrest fell by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 34% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Hillcrest in the first half of 2017.
