Mount Morris home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mount Morris rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 25.9% increase over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Mount Morris in the first half of 2017.
