Monroe Center home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Monroe Center fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 7.8% decrease over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Monroe Center in the first half of 2017.
