Savanna home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Savanna fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 40% decrease over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Savanna in September 2019.
