Thomson home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Thomson rose by $51,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 118.4% increase over the $43,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Thomson in the third quarter of 2019.
