City of Dixon issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.
Since Wednesday, we are reporting 148 new positives. 43 are from the community, 100 from Dixon Correctional Center, 3 from Franklin Grove Living & Rehab and 2 from Liberty Court. 28 residents have been released from isolation. New community cases:
