Approve Ordinance 2021-103 “AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), in one or more series, taxable or tax-exempt, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $285,000 for the purpose of currently refunding the City's outstanding city hall roof loan and paying for costs related thereto.”
9. Approve Ordinance 2021-104 “AN ORDINANCE authorizing to issue Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds or, in lieu thereof, General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) (said bonds being general obligation bonds to be issued in one or more series, on a taxable or tax exempt basis, for which property taxes, unlimited as to rate or amount, may be levied, but which are expected to be paid from the net revenues of the sewerage system of said City and sales taxes received by the City) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,835,000, for the purpose of paying the costs of refunding certain outstanding obligations of the City.”
10. Approve Ordinance 2021-105 “AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), in one or more series, taxable or tax-exempt, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,900,000 for the purpose of currently refunding the City's outstanding street loans, financing various capital improvements within the City, and paying for costs related thereto.”
