Thomson median home prices rose by 50.3% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Thomson rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,250 - a 50.3% increase over the $42,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Thomson in the fourth quarter of 2019.
