Home prices decreased in Mount Carroll during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Mount Carroll fell by $41,000 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,000 - a 54.7% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mount Carroll in the second half of 2019.
