The second half of 2020: Home prices in Thomson increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Thomson rose by $46,250 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 108.2% increase over the $42,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Thomson in the second half of 2019.
