City of Dixon City Council Met Feb. 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the council:

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Arellano at 8:01am.

ROLL CALL

Councilman Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Arellano answered Roll Call. Pledge of Allegiance was cited.

VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT

None at this time, will address later in the meeting.

WORK SESSION – FY2021/2022 Budget Review

City Manager Langloss went over the format for the meeting.

Public Works Director /Assistant City Manager Heckman presented on the Capital Budget requests with department managers: Information Technology Manager Philhower presented on requests for each department with respect to their IT needs, discussion ensued. Police with Chief Howell, discussion ensued throughout. Cemetery & Properties with Manager Phillips, discussion ensued throughout. Street & Airport with Manager Canterbury, discussion ensued throughout. Infrastructure Fund, Grants, Motor Fuel Tax, RBI Funds, Recovery Funds and discussion ensued throughout. City Manager Langloss reported on the Capital Fund, and discussion ensued. Public Works Director /Assistant City Manager Heckman continued reporting on Capital Budget requests: Water requests, and Wastewater with Manager McNitt, discussion ensued throughout.

None

COMMENTS

Discussion ensued regarding the remaining meeting schedules.

ADJOURMENT

Councilman Marshall moved that the Special Council Meeting of Thursday, February 18, 2021, be adjourned to meet in Special Session on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 8:00am in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Oros. Voting Yea: Councilman Considine, Oros, Venier and Mayor Arellano. Motion Carried.

The meeting adjourned at 10:06m.
