City of Dixon City Council Met Feb. 4.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Arellano at 8:03am.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Arellano answered Roll Call. Pledge of Allegiance was cited.
VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT
None at this time, will address later in the meeting.
WORK SESSION – FY2020/2021 Budget Review
Mayor Arellano introduced the work session City Manager Langloss went over the format for today’s meeting. Finance Director Fredericks presented the FY2020/2021 Budget Wrap-Up, and discussion ensued throughout.
City Manager Langloss gave an overview on the FY 2021/2022 budget for the General Fund revenues, transfers, expenses, budgets; City Council budget, Economic Development budget, discussion ensued throughout. Finance Director Fredericks presented on the Administration
budget, Municipal budget, discussion ensued throughout. Building Official Shipman presented on the Building and Zoning budget, discussion ensued.
PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment in City Hall. Public comments from Facebook that were in response to the original comment asking for public comment were as follows:
Sandy Schulte – Re: General Fund Revenues: MISCELLANEOUS line Comparing to what is budgeted for FY21 and FY22 respectfully at ($20,000) FY21 YTD (605,478) Why is this dollar amount so high and what does it include? Thank You
Comment was addressed by Finance Director Fredericks.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Marshall moved that the Special Council Meeting of Thursday, February 4, 2021, be adjourned to meet in Special Session on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 8:00am in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Venier. Voting Yea: Councilman Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier and Mayor Arellano. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:03am.
