The home at 412 E. Lincoln St., Mount Carroll was sold on July 22 by Dewey W. and Mary A. Thedford for $205,000. The buyers were Semitry and Maggie Strodtman.

This home last sold on Oct. 31, 2012 for $136,000.

This property is the only sale in Mount Carroll so far in July 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dewey Thedford has been registered to vote since 2018. Mary A. Thedford has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
