Savanna median home prices rose by 66.7% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Savanna rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 66.7% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Savanna in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Savanna for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,095, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
