How did home prices perform in Savanna during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Savanna rose by $1,250 while total sales increased by 56.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,250 - a 2.8% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Savanna in the first half of 2020.
