NEW BUSINESS

21HPC-053. 102 N. Dodge St.: Discussion and possible action on a request by Mike Harris, Applicant, and Nancy Hanson, Owner, to build a chimney on the SW side (Hill St. side) of the home for a wood burning fireplace.

21HPC-054. 230 N. Commerce St.: Discussion and possible action on a request by Adam Johnson, Applicant, and Alex Lopez, Owner, to provide a new roof structure over the existing 2nd floor deck with interior screen system.

21HPC-055. 300 S. Main St.: Discussion and possible action on a request by Adam Johnson, Applicant, and Carl and Marilyn Johnson/Tom and Sophie Pfile, Owners, to rehabilitate the building at 300 S. Main St. into a new restaurant and appartments. Provide new balconies on Main and Commerce Streets, rebuild the side entry on Green St., rebuild Commerce St. to widen exit at stair, provide new standing seam roof, convert the 4th floor window into door for new balcony, provide foe new mechanical equipment, and add solar panels on the lower roof on the Commerce St. side of the building.
