What happened to the median home price in Nelson during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Nelson fell by $86,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 49% decrease over the $176,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Nelson in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Nelson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,041, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
