Home prices increased in Dixon during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Dixon rose by $4,750 while total sales decreased by 24.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,750 - a 4.1% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Dixon in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dixon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,115, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
