Sublette median home prices rose by 104.5% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Sublette rose by $93,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 104.5% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sublette in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Sublette for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,618, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
