Amboy median home prices fell by 35.4% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Amboy fell by $38,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,000 - a 35.4% decrease over the $109,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Amboy in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Amboy for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,230, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
