On Oct. 15, Diane Tee purchased a home at 1222 N. Jefferson Ave., Dixon from Thomas R. and Jennifer L. Timm for $148,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,074.98, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $36,750 on Sept. 3, 2013.

So far in October 2021, seven properties sold in Dixon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jennifer L. Timm has been registered to vote since 2015. Thomas R. Timm has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1222 N. Jefferson Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer L. Timm, 54, Thomas R. Timm, 58, Joshua J I Aikins, 29, and Ashley M Timm, 36.
