REQUESTED ACTION: Recommendation to the City Council to waive the competitive bidding process for a maintenance contract for the hydroelectric generation facility and forward to Council for approval.

REQUESTED ATION: Accept recommendation from Stanley Consultants to pursue a maintenance contract with Hydro Consulting Maintenance Services (HCMS) a Thompson Consulting & Maintenance Group, Inc. Company of W7021 State Road 152, Wautoma, WI 54982 and forward to City Council for approval.
