The home at 520 E. Locust St., Lanark was sold on Nov. 2 by James V. Franey for $65,000. The buyers were Randall J. and Sarah D. Witt.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,992.22, 3.06% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, three properties sold in Lanark.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Randal J. Witt has been registered to vote since 2016. Sarah Diane Witt has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 520 E. Locust St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Randal J. Witt, 48, Sarah Diane Witt, 45, and Zach C. Randecker, 23.
