The home at 1310 Belmont Ave., Savanna was sold on Nov. 19 by Heather Van Kampen for $110,000. The buyers were Keigan L., Christie and Prowant Brandon Rice.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,345.24, 1.22% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $45,000 on June 25, 2008.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Savanna as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Heather M. Vankampen, 44, was the only registered voter residing at 1310 Belmont Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
