Dixon home prices fell in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Dixon fell by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $102,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Dixon in November 2020.
