222 Adams St., Savanna acquired by Craig Varner

On Dec. 3, Eric L. and Bumphrey April K. Hockman sold their home at 222 Adams St., Savanna to Craig Varner for $26,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $388.64, 1.47% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, four properties sold in Savanna.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, April Kathleen Hockman (23) has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
