On Dec. 30, McFuels Inc. purchased a commercial property at 17802 E. IL Route 72, Monroe Center from Arfm Oil LLC for $200,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,459.40, 3.23% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold on Nov. 21, 2018 for $225,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Monroe Center in December 2021.
