The second half of 2021: Home prices in Mount Morris fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mount Morris fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 115%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $103,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Mount Morris in the second half of 2020.
