The second half of 2021: Home prices in Lost Nation increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lost Nation rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lost Nation in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lost Nation for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,372, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
