2021: Home prices in Lost Nation increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Lost Nation rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $189,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Lost Nation in 2020.
