On Dec. 22, Brandon Johnson purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 229 Wisconsin Ave., Paw Paw from James Painter for $170,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,935.58. This is 2.32% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 18, 2018 for $115,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Paw Paw as of this publication.
