Fulton median home prices fell by 4% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Fulton fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 4% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Fulton in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,463, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
