Erie home prices fell in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Erie fell by $6,200 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,500 - a 3.3% decrease over the $187,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Erie in July 2020.
