July 2021: Home prices in Albany increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Albany rose by $138,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,500 - a 149.2% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Albany in July 2020.
