Oregon median home prices rose by 37.1% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Oregon rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 37.1% increase over the $98,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oregon in January 2021.
