Paw Paw home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Paw Paw rose by $38,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,450 - a 32.9% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Paw Paw in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Paw Paw for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,991, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
