The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Palmyra increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Palmyra rose by $60,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 31.6% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Palmyra in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Palmyra for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,933, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
