Paw Paw median home prices rose by 34.7% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Paw Paw rose by $43,750 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 34.7% increase over the $126,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Paw Paw in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Paw Paw for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,991, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
