Pricing for the median home in Byron decreased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Byron fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 15.6% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Byron in February 2021.
