Median home prices in Mount Carroll rose to $66,750 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Mount Carroll rose by $32,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,750 - a 96.3% increase over the $34,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Carroll in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Carroll for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,514, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
