Home prices decreased in Chadwick during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Chadwick fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $52,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Chadwick in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chadwick for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,463, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
