Lanark median home prices rose by 5.6% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Lanark rose by $4,250 while total sales increased by 32.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $75,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lanark in 2020.
